Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Crystal Bailey Yoga.  These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of crystalbaileyyoga.com (“Site”), including all content, services, products, virtual classes, retreat registrations, teacher training programs, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
 
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for any virtual classes, retreats, private lessons or teacher training programs. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
 
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

• Use the Site to distribute harmful code or spam.

• Copy, distribute, or misuse content that you do not own or have permission to use.
   

I reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access at my sole discretion.

3. Virtual Classes

3.1 Scheduling & Access: Virtual classes may be hosted on third-party platforms such as Zoom or similar services. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and appropriate device to participate.

3.2 Payments: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All purchases are final unless a refund is explicitly stated in our cancellation policy.

3.3 Health & Safety: By participating in virtual classes, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You agree to practice within your limits and release the Company from liability for injuries or damages resulting from participation (see Section 11).

4. Retreat Registration

4.1 Deposits & Payments: Retreats require a non-refundable deposit. Remaining balances must be paid by the stated deadline. Failure to pay may result in release of your reservation.

4.2 Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds vary by retreat and will be outlined in the retreat details. Generally:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations within so many days of the retreat start date may not qualify for refunds.  This will vary by retreat so please review the retreat details.

• If the Company cancels a retreat, registrants will receive a full refund or credit.
   

I  am not responsible for travel costs, including airfare or third-party accommodations.

4.3 Travel & Insurance: Participants are responsible for obtaining travel insurance, passports/visas, and any required medical clearances.

5. Teacher Training Registration

5.1 Requirements: Teacher training programs may have prerequisites, which will be listed in the program description. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet all requirements.

5.2 Payments & Refunds: A non-refundable deposit is typically required. Refund eligibility is outlined in each program’s policy. Missed sessions may not be eligible for makeup hours unless explicitly permitted.

5.3 Certification: Certification upon completion is not guaranteed; it depends on attendance, participation, and successful completion of course requirements.

6. Blog Content
The blog may contain educational, informational, or opinion-based material. Content does not constitute medical advice, professional instruction, or legal guidance. Use information at your own discretion.

All blog content is owned by the Company and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Account Creation
You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.

• Keep your login details confidential.

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
   

I may suspend or delete accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

8. Payments & Billing
All prices are listed in U.S> dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept the payment methods listed on the Site. You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method for all purchases.
 
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, videos, class materials, blog posts, and digital downloads is the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of any third-party sites.

11. Liability Disclaimer
By using the Site and participating in virtual classes, retreats, or teacher training programs, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Physical activities carry inherent risks.

• You are participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your health and safety.

• You release the Company, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation or use of the Site.
   

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms.

13. Privacy Policy
Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms
